I’m Josh, and for the past five years, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with some of the finest coffee shops and roasteries across the nation. This journey has allowed me to connect with dedicated staff members and enthusiastic individuals alike.

Throughout this journey, I’ve listened closely to what people are struggling with in their coffee experience, and 9 times out of 10, the issues relate to these three crucial areas:
– Dialling in (making a consistently good espresso)
– Milk texturing for that perfect silky finish
– Creating beautiful latte art

It has become my mission over the past few years to develop a fool-proof guide aimed at tackling these common challenges.
