The Basics Package
60 – 90 minute remote consultation or on-site visit, with a detailed follow-up roadmap of recommendations and next steps.
What’s included:

- Evaluation / review of current drinks menu offering and pricing
- Evaluation and review of current drink specifications
- An evaluation of existing challenges affecting coffee quality, workflow, or service consistency
- An objective review of areas for improvement within your current setup.

A follow- up email roadmap for optimising and resolving issues in the shop.

Price: £90 (+£0.50 per mile travel if required)
The Quick Start Callout
A practical on-site session to tidy up, recalibrate, and reset your coffee equipment. This includes dialling in grinders, programming shots, and cleaning and checking machines, ensuring that your setup is working as it should and producing consistent coffee again.
What’s included:
- Site visit – I will check over your equipment and make sure that everything is working as it should.
- I will dial in the coffee grinders and reprogram the espresso machine volumetrics to the industry standard.
- I will provide feedback on recommended amendments to the current bar setup, as well as instructions on general upkeep going forward.
Resources Provided:
- A PDF worksheet for daily, weekly, and monthly machine and equipment cleaning and upkeep
- An email breakdown of everything amended during my visit
